Our rubber hose assemblies provide a one-stop finished product solution for complex industrial systems. By integrating high-performance hoses with precision-engineered joints, we ensure a leak-proof, high-strength connection that is ready for immediate installation. Designed to eliminate secondary processing, these assemblies are the preferred choice for heavy machinery, automotive hydraulics, and automated production lines where system integrity and assembly speed are critical.

Automotive-grade IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.
Guaranteed full-process quality inspection for the entire assembly.

Meets multi-scenario industrial equipment assembly compliance.
With a fully vertically integrated production system, UPT achieves full-process control from polymer material formulation R&D to finished product certification and delivery.
Our company has successively obtained the three authoritative certifications of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System, fully meeting the stringent standards of various industries worldwide, especially those in the automotive sector.
During production of sealing strips, our QC engineers cut cross-sections for 10x magnified checks every 20 minutes. They accurately measure the rubber products’ dimensions, tolerances and geometric errors to ensure they match design drawings and meet customer assembly needs.
We also test the products’ physical and chemical properties per standards to guarantee complete vulcanization and stable performance. Friction and wear tests are carried out to check the abrasion resistance of rubber products and their coatings, while mechanical tests verify the material’s tensile and tear strength.

A: Material selection is critical for safety. For extreme temperatures, we recommend Silicone Hose (-60°C to +200°C) or Metal Braided Hose for even higher thermal resistance. We perform Material Tuning to ensure the inner tube is compatible with your specific chemical concentration to prevent leaching or degradation.
A: Fiber Braided Hoses offer excellent flexibility for medium-pressure applications, while Metal Wound Hoses (Wire Spiral) are engineered for high-pressure hydraulic systems where pulse resistance is vital. All our high-pressure hoses undergo burst pressure testing during Lab Validation to meet a 4:1 safety factor.
A: Yes. We specialize in Large-Caliber Rubber Hoses (up to [XX] inches) designed for heavy-duty suction and discharge. These can be reinforced with steel rings to prevent collapsing under vacuum and are validated for superior abrasion resistance in harsh environments.
A: Ordering a Rubber Hose Assembly ensures a leak-free, factory-crimped connection. We professionally match the fittings and sleeves to the hose type, performing 100% pressure leakage tests before Delivery, saving you time and reducing the risk of on-site assembly failure.
A: Absolutely. Corrugated Hoses (Stainless Steel) are ideal for absorbing thermal expansion and mechanical vibration. For high-frequency vibration, we add a Metal Braided outer layer to enhance structural integrity and prevent “weaving” under pressure.
A: Yes. Through our Batch OEM Supply service, we provide custom lengths, specific bend radii, and various fitting standards (JIC, BSP, NPT, Flange). Every custom assembly is tagged with a tracking code for easy re-ordering and maintenance.
