For ultra-high temperature scenarios (industrial ovens, engine compartments, high-temperature chemical pipelines), material selection is based on the actual temperature range:
– 150-180?: High-temperature resistant EPDM (cost-effective, basic anti-thermal aging);
– 150-200?: FVMQ (fluorosilicone rubber, better weather resistance + high temperature resistance);
– 200-300?: FFKM (perfluoroelastomer, the best high temperature resistance among rubber materials, for extreme high-temperature conditions).
In addition, the rubber strip structure is recommended to use low-compression-deformation design, with appropriate thickness increase and internal heat-insulating filler to further improve high-temperature adaptability.
